Time Is Up For Talk:

The third Global Day for Darfur, April 23-29, 2007, reinforced the shared belief for the need for action in Darfur. Activists organized more than 400 events in the United States and dozens more around the world. A few U.S. events are highlighted in these albums.

Time Is Up For Talk

Activists and celebrities around the world are standing up during the Global Days for Darfur, April 23-29, to protest genocide in Darfur. Time is running out for the people of Darfur and now is the time for action. The Save Darfur Coalition and its Global Days partners are using an hourglass to symbolize the passage of time. In order to visually depict the significance of time to the world community, celebrity photographer Jane Hodson created a series of images involving celebrity activists and hourglasses.
